We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House (FOH) staff to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting the overall guest experience. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage guest seating efficiently
Take and process orders accurately using POS systems, including Givex POS
Handle cash transactions with precision and perform cashiering duties
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Assist with food handling, serving, and basic food preparation as needed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time effectively during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times




Support team members in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Givex POS, is a plus
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices
Experience with food industry operations such as serving, food handling, and basic food prep is advantageous
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
