Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and a desire to create a welcoming atmosphere. Possibility for moving to server eventually.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
Seat guests and provide them with menus
Assist in managing cancelation lists and reservations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns or special requests
Takeout orders/ payments

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred (e.g., host/host,



customer service)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Phone etiquette and robust phone handling skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Hospitality experience is a plus
