Landscape Supervisor / Foreman

We are hiring experienced Landscape Supervisors for both landscape construction and landscape maintenance divisions.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing crews, maintaining job quality, keeping projects on schedule, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage landscape crews in office
Maintain quality control and job efficiency
Communicate with team members and management professionally
Organize materials, equipment, and daily job tasks
Train and develop crew members
Ensure sites are clean, safe, and organized

Requirements
Previous landscape leadership or foreman experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Able to lead by example and maintain production standards
Two references required before interview

Schedule
Full-time
Monday–Friday
Overtime available during peak season
