Seeking a lawyer (0 to 25 years) as a part time associate at a 3 lawyer (soon to be 4) personal injury law firm.

The ideal candidate has experience in personal injury or insurance defence, is eager to learn and grow as a personal injury lawyer, or is already a seasoned lawyer, has positive judgment, is personable and both thorough and efficient.

New/recent calls will need to have articled and/or summered at a firm where you had hands on experience handling personal injury and/or insurance defence files.

Your responsibilities will include all aspects of being a lawyer at a personal injury firm, including both assisting with ongoing files (for a junior lawyer)



and carriage of your own case load at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Applications/Hearings at the License and Appeals Tribunal.

This position will provide an excellent opportunity for someone who loves the law but would prefer to practice on a part time basis (25 hours per week on average).

If it is a positive fit, we are open to keeping you on either indefinitely part time, or eventually increasing to full time hours at some point, if there is a need and you are available to do so.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
