Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, B.C. is seeking a motivated and highly organized permanent parttime Registered Nurse Clinical Mentor to join and support our Perioperative team.

This role plays a key part in guiding, coaching, and fostering excellence within the perioperative setting.

Candidates must hold current Perioperative Nursing Certification and bring a passion for leadership, collaboration, and highquality patient care.

Working in conjunction with the nurse educators, provides rapid elbow-to-elbow clinical mentorship and practice support for nursing staff.

Utilizes experience and clinical skills to function as a clinical resource to formally advise other nursing staff in nursing practice, provides clinical instruction and supports staff training and development.

Takes on leadership role in performing functions such as mentoring staff to support skills development and supporting clinical practice initiatives.
