The City of Brampton is seeking a skilled Capital & Development Finance Advisor. You will conduct analysis and provide insights to support the development charges framework. This includes managing revenue collections, drafting financial policies, and collaborating with stakeholders on legislative changes impacting growth management.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze development charges for policy improvements
Prepare reports and propose recommendations for stakeholders
Assist with DC revenue collection and compliance issues
Coordinate consultations for DC By-law preparation

Requirements:
