This full time role, based at the Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health & Wellness, requires a strategic leader to oversee donor stewardship activities. You will supervise a Philanthropy Officer and collaborate closely with fundraising teams to enhance donor experience.

Leveraging best practices in philanthropy, you will design impactful recognition and engagement programs that resonate with donors.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive donor relations and stewardship programs
Implement customized stewardship strategies for major gift donors




Create compelling donor communications and stewardship materials
Plan and execute meaningful donor engagement events
Maintain accurate donor records and engagement documentation

Requirements:
University degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum five years in donor relations or major gifts fundraising
Experience in health care philanthropy is preferred
Proven ability to manage donor recognition programs
