Role: You will be responsible for the full-cycle accounting of a portfolio of properties and will work closely with property managers, asset managers, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and solid operational support.

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, including monthly financial statements and variance analysis. Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for internal stakeholders. Coordinate annual operating budgets and forecasts with property management teams. Review and reconcile tenant billings including CAM, operating cost recoveries, and property tax allocations. Support year-end processes, including working with external auditors and preparing audit schedules. Monitor cash flow, review bank reconciliations, and oversee accounts payable and receivable activities. Identify prospects to improve processes, reporting efficiency, and internal controls.
