Experience Direct involvement with credit and collections experience and/or customer service experience in a credit based industry preferred.
Qualifications Post-secondary education with a focus on business preferred Well-organized individual who can handle changes in a quick-paced workplace Willingness to work both collaboratively and individually Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Proficient in MS Office suite Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset Knowledge of Accounting Software (Datacor an asset) Education College or Business Certification preferred.
