With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you contribute directly to guest comfort by keeping systems running efficiently, responding promptly to requests, and maintaining the buildings aesthetics and safety. WHAT YOULL DO Knowledge of boiler systems, pumps, ventilation systems, electrical, plumbing, water and sewage systems and other general maintenance work.
Knowledge of maintenance safety and security policies and procedures Attention of detail In good physical condition, capable of handling heavy materials and perform labour intensive duties.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize work load A professional and helpful demeanor both on the phone and in person WHAT YOULL BRING 1 year to less than 2 years experience in building or facility maintenance.
College or university diploma Strong physical condition able to handle heavy materials and perform labour-intensive duties (lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 100 pounds without assistance) A team-oriented attitude and willingness to take initiative in solving technical challenges.
