Product Growth & Operations Manager

Full-Time | Remote | Canada

Our client is an established, entrepreneurial organization launching an exciting new business within its portfolio. They're looking for a highly resourceful Product Growth & Operations Manager who thrives on turning ideas into reality and enjoys creating structure where none exists.

Working closely with the executive team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing a new offering to market, helping shape strategy, optimize operations, improve customer experience, develop partnerships, refine products, and support commercial growth. This is a highly cross-functional role with significant ownership and visibility.

What You'll Do:
Help launch and grow a new business line from concept to execution.
Improve operational processes, systems, and customer experience.
Support product enhancements, automation initiatives, and AI-enabled workflows.
Build and manage strategic partner relationships.
Contribute to sales strategy, client engagement, and business development initiatives.
Research market opportunities and help shape future offerings.
Create scalable processes, documentation, and reporting.

What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in operations, strategy,



consulting, startups, hospitality, product, marketing, or a similarly dynamic setting.
Experience building or scaling a product, service, or business.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
Solid project management and execution skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Naturally curious about AI, technology, and process improvement.
Confident collaborating with senior leaders while independently driving initiatives.
