Our client, a law firm located in Vancouver, is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to fill their newly available prospect for a Senior Corporate Paralegal.

The client has a stellar reputation for providing top-notch legal expertise and guidance to their diverse client base.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist Lawyers with general transactional work, corporate reorganizations, incorporations and annual maintenance Prepare filings, closing books and reporting letters Conduct due diligence searches The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Corporate Paralegal, must have transactional experience.

Paralegal Certificate or diploma from accredited institution Robust technical skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to work independently is imperative in this role Salary range: $85,000 $120,000 dependant on experience.
