Superintendent who has experience in institutional,commercial, light industrial or residential projects.

Responsibilities Plan, direct, and managed multimillion dollar projects.

Ensured that objectives are accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities.

Analyze results of operations to discover more efficient ways to utilize resources.

Coordinate the successful simultaneous development of several projects.

Delegate responsibilities and designed time schedules.

Review project status reports during each operational phase.

Prepare weekly project status reports for management.

Requirements Dedicated individual with a thorough knowledge of construction, building technology, and methodology and construction drawings.

An individual fully capable to work alone or as a team player.

Proven ability to complete projects under budget and within the time constraints,



motivate subcontractors and general contractors involving multiple trades, skills, and locations.

Making decisions and being accountable.

Top notch presentation, negotiating, analytical, and problem-solving skills at all levels.

Maintain valuable relationships with clients, employees, and subcontractors.
