Fountain Tire Winnipeg (Distribution Centre) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Shipper/Receiver!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a rotating Saturday shift every four weeks. * Discounts for you and your family on tires, parts, and services at all Fountain Tire locations

You will be responsible for:
Lead the shipping and receiving operations of the distribution centre
Coordinate the preparation, loading, transportation, and tracking of outgoing products to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain shipping accuracy, inventory control, quality standards, and shipping schedules for large orders while resolving shipment discrepancies as required




Ensure end to end warehouse processes are followed and completed by warehouse associates

Coach, mentor, and develop team members through ongoing training, feedback, and communication

What does it take to get on track?
Completion of a high school diploma and 2 + years of experience in the distribution industry in a leadership role
Forklift experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Proven ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work safely in a quick-paced environment
Ability to consistently lift 50 kilograms
Intermediate computer skills
A customer service focus with the ability to meet deadlines and provide solutions to sensitive matters
