The Opportunity As a Career Course Facilitator, you''ll lead hands-on group sessions introducing students to your field.

You''ll cover career pathways and a practical field challenge , giving students a real taste of what professionals in your area actually do .

Who We''re Looking For A working skilled with a degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred) At least 3 years of active, hands-on experience in your field we''re looking for practitioners who are genuinely immersed in their work, not just familiar with it.





Deep expertise in one or more of our program fields: Humanities & Philosophy, Life Sciences & Biotech, Environmental & Earth Sciences, Engineering & Innovation, Computer Science & AI and Business & Entrepreneurship.

Experience managing projects or guiding others through a structured process.

Field specific lecturing experience a plus! Genuine enthusiasm for working with young people and supporting their development Time Commitment Each cohort runs over 4 weeks , with 1.5 hour session per week .

Each cohort has 2 timezone options , meaning you''d deliver the same content twice per cohort so 12 hours per cohort There are 3 cohorts per year , bringing the total annual commitment to 36 hours Scheduling is coordinated in advance and fully remote.
