Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding service and support to Members
Explain and promote DUCA solutions effectively
Make service follow-up calls to Members




Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent needed
Two years' related experience in banking or customer service is preferred
Proficient in computer systems
Cash handling experience required
