This position entails managing 70% employee relations and 30% health and safety, ensuring adherence to safety legislation and operational excellence across 10 units.

Your role will be vital in navigating the Collective Bargaining Agreement and supporting workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR guidance on labour relations matters
Support grievance management and workplace investigations




Implement health and safety training programs
Monitor compliance with food safety standards
Collaborate with site leadership to enhance employee engagement

Requirements:
Five years of progressive HR experience preferred
Experience in a unionized setting and complex operational issues
Robust organizational and prioritization skills
Proven ability to influence operational leaders effectively
Willingness to travel up to 50% across Alberta
