This full time position allows you to leverage your NSWOC certification and extensive knowledge in wound management. You will promote patient self-management, assess wounds, and lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of wounds and ostomies
Recommend interventions to reduce visit frequency
Implement conservative sharp wound debridement techniques




Develop measurable goals with clients and caregivers
Collaborate with nursing teams to provide high-quality care

Requirements:
Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
NSWOC certification or pending CNA exam
Minimum years of experience in wound management
Excellent English communication skills
Valid driver’s license for regular travel
