Paladin Security is looking for a qualified Security Guard Dispatcher who can manage CCTV monitoring and respond to emergencies effectively. You will oversee security operations, maintain thorough records, and ensure proper communication on all shifts.
A valid Alberta Security License is required along with solid interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee CCTV cameras and fire alarms diligently
Create skilled shift logs and incident reports
Delegate and supervise security-related tasks efficiently
Maintain constant radio contact with team members
Issue and manage keys for building access
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Alberta Security License
At least 1 year of relevant security experience
Class 5 Advanced driver's license required
Strong writing skills for report generation
Comfortable walking long distances during shifts
