As a Project Manager – Contracts, you will oversee all procurement-related activities from project initiation to execution. Your role will bridge Preconstruction and Operations, ensuring successful project kickoffs while managing contractual risks.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement activities for subcontracting
Conduct tender evaluations and bid levelings
Create procurement schedules and risk assessments
Manage subcontractor relationships and performance
Foster cross-team collaboration during project lifecycle
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
At least 7 years in construction project management
Solid negotiation and financial analysis skills
Experience with Lean practices and BIM
Proficiency in construction management software
