We are looking for an enterprise-grade Senior Prompt Engineer with over five years of experience in Conversational AI and two years dedicated to Prompt Engineering. You will architect AI-powered workflows, focusing on customer self-service virtual agents and agent-assist solutions across platforms such as Google CCAI and OpenAI.
Collaboration with multiple teams to translate business needs into reusable prompt frameworks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize prompts for virtual agents and tools
Define benchmarking metrics and testing methodologies
Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures
Establish governance standards for AI deployments
Analyze logs and metrics to refine prompts and improve CSAT
Requirements:
5+ years in Conversational AI or NLP
Direct experience with Google CCAI and Dialogflow CX
Proficient in Python and Java Script
Mastery in prompt design techniques
Must work onsite at Rogers office five days a week
