Service Desk Representative Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba Job Type: Permanent | Full time Pay Rate: $20.00/hour we are seeking a customer-focused and organized Service Desk Representative for our client in the building supply industry.

This role is responsible for assisting customers with sales, estimates, order processing, and product inquiries while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and general inquiries Prepare and process quotes, estimates, and sales orders accurately Process invoices and complete daily sales transactions Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer requests Ensure customers receive correct products, pricing, and information Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions Coordinate with other departments regarding orders, stock, and deliveries Support merchandising, restocking,
