Description Were looking for a dependable and professional Class 1 Truck Driver to support our operations as needed out of Fredericton.
This position is ideal for drivers who are safetyfocused, work well independently, and are comfortable with evening and weekend highway runs, with the possibility of supporting weekend pick up and delivery operations as required.
What Youll Do Perform asneeded highway runs, primarily during evenings and weekends.
Provide occasional weekend pickup and delivery support.
Safely operate Class 1 equipment in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Load and unload freight with care and accuracy.
Complete required documentation and scanning using handheld devices.
Communicate effectively with dispatch to ensure timely, reliable service.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment.
What Youll Need Valid Class 1 license with no restrictions and a clean drivers abstract.
Minimum 2 years of tractortrailer driving experience.
Strong understanding of highway operations and regional routes.
Ability to work independently and adapt to an asneeded schedule.
Experience with freight handling and scanning equipment is an asset.
