Key Responsibilities:
Create and optimize mill/turn CNC programs
Set up and prepare machines for production
Manage tool life and change tools as needed
Troubleshoot machining problems to minimize downtime
Provide accurate cycle time estimations for quoting
Requirements:
5+ years in CNC machining and programming
Solid CAD/CAM knowledge and GD&T; expertise
Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion and Siemens systems
Excellent communication skills in English
Proven ability to manage time effectively
