Now BCM, Crisis Management, and SAM Pro roadmap work, supporting process redesign and technical delivery from feasibility through transition to operations.

This position provides leadership in requirements translation, technical planning, and stakeholder collaboration across complex Service

Now initiatives. 1,5 year Contract, Toronto, Remote, Working Hours: EST, 37,5 hours a week Must Haves 5+ years as a technical lead for Service

Now implementations 3+ years delivering projects using Service

Now SAM Pro Hands-on configuration of Service

Now Software Asset Management Qualified (SAM Pro) module Experience designing and configuring Service

Now solutions based on business and technical requirements University degree or college diploma in business administration, statistics,
