Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement processes for complex contracts
Develop and implement robust contracting strategies
Guide stakeholders on procurement policies and documentation
Prepare and administer requests for proposals
Evaluate and negotiate contractor proposals effectively
Requirements:
7+ years of contracts experience with major projects
Certification in Supply Chain or equivalent preferred
Proficient in SAP MM and Ariba
