We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing initiatives for a growing organization in the childcare staffing and early childhood education services industry.

This role will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate demand, and support business growth.

The Marketing Manager will oversee content development, digital marketing, events, and partnerships while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, and events Develop content strategies that support brand awareness and lead generation Manage marketing calendars and campaign timelines Oversee website content, email marketing, and social media initiatives Support SEO and digital marketing efforts to increase visibility and engagement Coordinate marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and industry events Manage relationships with external agencies, designers,



and vendors Track campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics and insights Key Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 35 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, professional services, or staffing environments Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Solid writing and communication skills with the ability to develop transparent, compelling content Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail What Were Looking For A strategic thinker who can also execute campaigns and marketing initiatives Someone who is collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across teams A marketer who enjoys using data and insights to improve performance and results The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000.
