In this managerial role, you will be pivotal in overseeing the quality strategy for recent nuclear projects at Aecon. Your responsibilities will include developing project-specific requirements, establishing governance frameworks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you’ll set the groundwork for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality strategy development during bid phases
Define quality requirements for nuclear project submissions
Establish quality governance and oversight models




Provide leadership in field quality oversight activities
Ensure resolution of nonconformances and corrective actions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
10+ years in quality and engineering, preferably nuclear
Robust knowledge of nuclear standards and regulatory requirements
Proven experience in developing quality governance frameworks
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
