Drive impactful youth engagement initiatives as the Coordinator for Waterloo Regional Police Service. This full time position focuses on enhancing community relationships and supporting youth in the Region of Waterloo.

You will oversee the execution of various youth programs, ensuring they align with WRPS's strategies for community safety and wellbeing. By interacting with youth, including those at risk, you'll conduct assessments to guide your support efforts and build vital community partnerships to enhance program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement WRPS Youth Engagement Strategy initiatives
Support development of youth-related training programs
Engage with community partners and stakeholders
Design information-sharing templates and promotional content
Assist with program administration and logistics

Requirements:
Diploma in Child and Youth Care or related field
Three years of community youth program experience
Skills in public speaking and presentations
Proven ability to connect with diverse youth populations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
