Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate nursing assessments and care coordination
Administer vaccinations and conduct well-baby exams
Engage in chronic disease monitoring and client education
Maintain thorough medical records and documentation
Collaborate in community seasonal vaccine clinics
Requirements:
Registered Practical Nurse registration with the College of Nurses
Experience with immunizations and venipuncture procedures
An understanding of wholistic care practices
Ability to communicate in Anishinaabemowin preferred
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel
