The successful candidate will work within the team responsible for the architecture development of OTN / Ethernet / UALink Intellectual Property (IP).What You’ll DoLead the Ethernet/UALink/OTN ASIC IP architecture development for AI and datacenter.Work with design and verification teams in ASIC or ASIC IP projectsInteract with different functional groups for IP requirements and system requirements.Architect, develop and document the ASIC/IP designRTL development in SystemVerilog or Verilog V2K/VHDLArchitect and develop models to verify system architecture.Provide oversight and direction to employees/teams in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and provide career development planning and opportunities.Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals.
