Enhanced Care Clinic is expanding and looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to assist in providing top-notch care to patients. In this role, you will work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. Responsibilities include patient interviews, documentation, and maintaining adherence to clinic protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct primary care to patients in the clinic
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and pharmacists
• Maintain thorough documentation for clinical compliance




• Understand clinic procedures for efficient operations
• Conduct patient histories and schedule follow-ups
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner degree or equivalent
• Robust knowledge in health assessment and procedures
• At least one year of relevant nursing experience
• Knowledge of EMR systems is advantageous
