Role Description The Project Manager at AI-ADs is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising and technology projects. This position coordinates project schedules, resources, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope. Day-to-day tasks include defining project requirements, managing timelines, tracking progress, facilitating meetings, and resolving issues that may impact delivery. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, marketing, and operations,



while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring project risks, reporting on status and performance, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications

- Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks, materials, and project outputs.
- Inspection skills to review deliverables, verify quality, and ensure adherence to requirements.
- Logistics Management skills to organize workflows, manage dependencies, and align resources.
- Experience managing technology, advertising, or AI-related projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet connectivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
