Additionally, it includes promoting best practices, and fostering team knowledge‑sharing to enhance overall project delivery and documentation quality.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with project managers, BAs, developers, and technical teams to identify, document, and manage business and technical requirements and specifications.Ensure requirements are business and technically complete, correct, consistent, concise, and achievable, securing sign‑off from business owners.Proactively investigate, understand, and articulate business issues, processes, and opportunities, recommending viable solutions.Document new requirements as user stories in JIRA and maintain project documentation in alignment with the JIRA framework.Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationEstablish and maintain strong partnerships with business users to determine optimal solutions for business and system needs.Set stakeholder expectations appropriately and effectively communicate complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring key actions and decisions are documented and followed up on.Act as a liaison between business and IT teams,

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 - $119,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
