Robust analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel are essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough job evaluations and maintain documentation
• Analyze compensation and workforce data using Excel
• Perform market research through surveys and analyses




• Develop presentations and briefing materials for senior staff
• Present findings and provide client guidance on compensation matters

Requirements:
• University degree in a related field
• Three years of experience in compensation or HR
• Direct experience with job evaluation is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with compensation frameworks and policies
