Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept with confidence and enthusiasm.





Selling memberships and helping grow the studio community.

Making high-volume outbound calls to connect with leads and book intro classes.

Participating in outreach events to attract new members and build brand awareness.

Building strong member relationships through exceptional customer service.

Supporting member retention through regular follow-up and care calls.

Assisting with front desk operations and maintaining a clean, welcoming studio.

Collaborating with coaches and leadership to create an unforgettable member experience.

Who Were Looking For: Someone who is no longer in school and is looking to build a long-term career .

Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced workplace.

Personable, extremely reliable, and coachable with excellent communication skills.
