The organization is currently seeking an Executive Vice-President to lead its Canadian operations.

Your Role: Having experienced significant growth over the past several years and operating multiple manufacturing facilities across Canada, we are looking for a candidate to successfully manage the day-to-day operations and drive the continued growth of the company through passionate leadership and a constant commitment to innovation.

Reporting to President, this position plays an essential role within the strategic and operational direction of the organization.





The successful candidate will act as an inspiring and passionate leader who motivates and collectively engages employees to exceed company objectives, ensures cross-functional collaboration and transparent communication across all divisions, and delivers results through realistic yet ambitious budgets.

Skills and qualifications: The successful candidate must hold a bachelor''s degree in business administration or a scientific discipline, preferably in chemistry, and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace.

Full bilingualism in French and English is required The candidate must be available and willing to travel approximately 20% of the time Demonstrate ease in working within multicultural settings Possess a solid ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
