Responsibilities: Responsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, change management including application deployments.

Support data flows between Credit, Working Capital, Asset Finance, and Securitization applications and other upstream and downstream systems.

Support Operations team for technical issues.

Participate in the yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay, and Backup Recovery testing.

Coordinate and fulfill project support tasks, as well as provide status reports.

Provide expertise on production constraints and workplace readiness.

Maintain application and systems as per Information Security guidelines.

Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint.





Maintain monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning of financing solutions applications components.

Understand and document the technical process and data flows.

Participate in the Change Control review meeting to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals.

Manage the Cyberark bypass controls and assess for resolutions.

Facilitate prioritization sessions with stakeholders to clearly rank tasks for focused execution and transparency.

Industrialize legacy processes using AI.
