Tasks Maintain an active presence on the worksite and provide day-to-day support to employees.

Monitor attendance, absenteeism, tardiness, and staffing needs.

Welcome and onboard current employees.

Explain client policies, procedures, and expectations.

Ensure compliance with schedules, breaks, and meal periods.

Perform administrative follow-ups related to payroll and employee hours.

Maintain training and certification records.

Act as the first point of contact for situations requiring health and safety support.

Promote effective communication between employees, the client, and the recruitment team.

Perform other related duties as required.
