Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise applications and analytics platforms.
Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, data engineers, and application teams to understand business requirements.
Develop dimensional models (Star Schema and Snowflake Schema) for reporting and analytics.
Create and maintain enterprise data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
Perform data analysis and profiling to identify data quality issues.
Ensure data models comply with enterprise data governance standards.
Design normalized and denormalized database structures based on business requirements.
Collaborate with ETL/ELT developers to optimize data integration processes.
Participate in database performance tuning and query optimization.
Review and improve existing data models to support scalability and performance.
Support cloud migration initiatives involving up-to-date data platforms.
Document data architecture, standards, and best practices.
