Lead the development of Techsploration’s first French pilot program as a Bilingual French Program Manager. Flexibly work in a hybrid mode, blending remote and occasional in-office duties.

Techsploration seeks an enthusiastic and organized Bilingual French Program Manager to establish a French language pilot in Nova Scotia. You will closely collaborate with the Programming Team, build relationships with educational authorities, and ensure the program aligns with existing goals. This role focuses on relationship building, program delivery, and project management to empower female and gender-diverse youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the first iteration of the French pilot program
• Coordinate with regional education bodies and key stakeholders




• Plan and manage program logistics and delivery
• Recruit and retain bilingual volunteers and role models
• Implement evaluation methods for continuous program improvement

Requirements:
• Fluently bilingual in English and French
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Adaptable and adaptive to changing program needs
• Valid driver's license and transportation access
