With eight years of HR business partnering experience, you will guide human capital decisions and develop strategies that enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement HR priorities in line with business strategies
Consult with leaders to forecast human capital requirements
Provide guidance on compensation, recruitment,



and development
Apply change management principles for organizational adjustments
Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the client groups

Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree in Human Resource Management
8 years of HR business partnering experience
Knowledge of North American HR practices
Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Success Factors
Solid mentoring and coaching skills
