Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to deliver enterprise IT software implementation analysis within banking systems Join a high-profile initiative within the national banking sector supporting enterprise-level IT implementations under the supervision of the Director, Supervision Portfolio.

This role performs full lifecycle business analysis across requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and performance tracking.

It offers a one-year contract with possible extension and hybrid flexibility from Ottawa, combining analytical depth with strategic impact across business and technology teams. 1 year Contract+ 1 year extension, Ottawa, Hybrid (3 times per month), Working Hours: EST Must Haves Minimum 5 years in business analysis or related field supporting enterprise IT software implementation projects Proven ability to document functional and non-functional requirements , user stories ,



and acceptance criteria Demonstrated analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities in requirements documentation and validation University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field Nice to Have Experience applying process improvement methods Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services and Dynamics CRM Solid organization and relationship management skills Responsibilities Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria Facilitate or participate in workshops including requirement gathering and design sessions Test software features against acceptance criteria and record results Support user acceptance testing and end-user training Plan and document activities for key milestones and monitor progress Contribute to the development and reporting of performance metrics Perform other related tasks and deliverables as required
