Enhance reliability processes as a Reliability Specialist with a major client in Kitimat, BC, through proactive problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This contract position lasts until the end of 2027.

In this role, you will report to the Reliability Team Lead and utilize your engineering expertise in a energetic industrial workplace. Your responsibilities will include problem facilitation, frontline reliability support, and data analysis to develop insights. Your proactive approach will help to advance equipment care plans and enhance overall site reliability through coaching and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate problem solving for varying complexity incidents
• Provide frontline support for daily operational threats




• Conduct data analysis to identify reliability improvements
• Coach teams in effective problem-solving techniques
• Support deliverables for site Threats and Opportunities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
• Up to 5 years of industrial experience
• Proficient in Reliability Engineering Principles
• Must achieve Qualified Engineering accreditation in BC
• Capability to work in diverse weather conditions
