This role involves personal care, observing changes in health conditions, and assisting clients with mobility and light housekeeping tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential personal care in clients' homes
• Assist with client mobility and light exercise routines
• Monitor and document changes in clients' health
• Maintain a secure and uplifting setting for clients
• Execute light housekeeping tasks in accordance with care plans
Requirements:
• Valid CLHA Registration required
• Explicit Criminal Record Check required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Ability to lift weights up to 35 lbs (16 kg)
