Lead physician and nurse practitioner initiatives at Medicentres, coordinating a dedicated panel in Edmonton with a focus on recruitment and seamless operational support.

As a full time Medical Panel Supervisor, you will report to the Director of Physician Services and manage the entire lifecycle of the physician/NP panel. This includes supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate provider records. Excellent interpersonal skills are critical for managing relationships and enhancing program performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive physician/NP recruitment and workforce planning strategies
• Develop and oversee onboarding plans for recent providers
• Maintain panel management and support ongoing operations




• Administer contracts and oversee invoicing processes
• Serve as the first point of contact for physicians/NPs

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years in project coordination or healthcare operations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required
• Experience with healthcare systems is an asset
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills
