You will uphold LSCFN's agreements, collaborate with Chief and Council, and ensure effective department operations. Your leadership will focus on developing strategies that align with community aspirations and cultural values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer laws for Settlement Lands management • Evaluate effectiveness of programs and initiatives • Promote cultural events reflecting LSCFN heritage • Communicate with community and participate in meetings • Recruit, hire, and manage departmental staff
Requirements: • Degree in lands and resources management or equivalent • Knowledge of relevant legislation and agreements • Solid interpersonal and communication skills • Valid class 5 Driver’s License • Familiarity with LSCFN’s goals and demographics
