Industrial Millwright (433A) – Continental Rotating Shift (Day and Night) Location: Etobicoke, ON. Pay: $42–$45/hr plus night shift premium. What You’ll Be Doing Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, overhauls, and emergency repairs. Diagnose mechanical issues related to power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors. Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve uptime. Install, align, and adjust machinery and components. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals. Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. Equipment You’ll Work On Industrial bakery and food-processing equipment. Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems. Pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Basic electrical troubleshooting related to equipment (not electrical trade work). What We’re Looking For Required Valid Red Seal Industrial Millwright (433A) license. 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills (CMMS / work orders). Preferred Food or beverage manufacturing experience. Exposure to continuous improvement or reliability programs. Shift & Schedule Night shift. Training and orientation may include days and nights.
