Lead Parts & Service Administrator

Our client in Red Deer, Alberta is seeking an experienced Lead Parts & Service Administrator to oversee Parts and Service operations, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. This leadership role plays a key part in maximizing profitability, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring excellence across parts, service, and warranty functions.

What You'll Do:

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, coach, and mentor the Parts and Service team.
- Ensure consistent and accurate use of the ERP system.
- Drive accountability, performance, and process compliance.
- Support employee training, development, and continuous improvement.

Customer Service & Sales

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to parts inquiries and customer orders promptly and professionally.
- Support sales growth through proactive customer engagement.
- Coach team members on delivering exceptional customer service.

Operations & Administration

- Coordinate parts availability to support service operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and service documentation.
- Improve processes related to parts procurement and service support.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operational workflows.

Financial & Reporting





- Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Assist with month-end reporting and administrative processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and accounts receivable.
- Follow up on outstanding customer accounts as required.

What We're Looking For:

Education & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyman Parts Technician certification is considered an asset.
- 2–3 years of experience in parts, service administration, or a related leadership role.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
