Lead high-quality care as a Team Lead RN in the PACU and Day Stay Unit at Clearpoint Health Network. This role combines clinical expertise with operations management to optimize patient care delivery.
You will be accountable for leading daily operations, mentoring nursing staff, and ensuring secure, effective care for patients throughout their journey. Work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team, tackling challenges and promoting a culture of safety and improvement in a quick-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage PACU and Day Stay unit activities efficiently
• Provide clinical mentorship and training for staff
• Oversee patient safety and compliance with standards
• Coordinate communication between healthcare teams
• Facilitate quality and safety initiatives within the unit
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing degree is preferred
• Registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Minimum five years of relevant nursing experience
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting desired
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
